The spectators at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi witnessed a thrilling 2015 Hero Indian Super League 2015 fixture as the game between Delhi Dynamos FC and Mumbai City FC went down to the last minute on Friday evening. Hero-of-the-Match Frederic Piquionne’s goal in the 70th minute was nullified by Robin Singh’s composed effort in the dying minutes as the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Delhi Dynamos played a possession-based game but the first half was well contested. Both teams missed quite a few chances up front. For Delhi, Seminlen Doungel and West Bromwich Albion youth academy product Adil Nabi made early waves. The young British forward of Pakistani origin made his first start of the season and played the part of the principal striker. With his short bursts in the box and swift dribbles, he impressed one and all.
